BCS Pre-School and Daycare Options

Katie MacIntyre-Seibel, Executive Director of Daycares and Preschools
Katie Seibel earned her degree in Early Childhood from the University of Montana – Western. She is currently working on her Masters Degree in Early Childhood Special Education. Mrs. Seibel has been working in childcare since 1992. She owned her own preschool and daycare for five years, was a child development trainer for two years, and started the food program for HRDC. She later moved to Colorado and was director and trainer at a childcare facility there, La Petite Academy. In April of 2001, she moved back to Billings and went to work for Billings Catholic Schools. Mrs. Seibel grew up in Billings, attended Kate Fratt Memorial and graduated from Billings Central in 1984. She is married and now has four children of her own in BCS. Her favorite aspect of working with younger children is being able to provide a safe environment and set the foundation for a strong and fulfilling learning experience. Mrs. Seibel is pleased to be back in Billings and working with the Catholic schools.

Saint Francis Pre-School
The pre-school program offered by the Billings Catholic Schools is intended for 3- and 4-year- olds, as well as 5-year-olds who are not yet ready for Kindergarten. The child's age on September 10 is considered when enrolling them for a program. The 3-year old program is 2 mornings per week. The 4-year-old program is 3 mornings or afternoons per week or 2 afternoons per week. The Preschool is located at St Francis Primary School, 511 Custer Avenue. NEW! Saint Francis Intermediate After-school Program
The SFI After-School Program, located in SFI School at 1734 Yellowstone Avenue, offers quality after-school care for children attending the Catholic schools. Hours are after-school through 6:00 pm Monday through Friday while school is in session. For more information, please call (406)656-2300.

Saint Francis Early Childhood Center
The St. Francis Early Childhood Center is located at Saint Francis Primary, at 511 Custer Avenue. The Early Childhood Center offers quality childcare for children attending the Catholic schools. Child care hours are from 7am through 5:45pm, Monday through Friday. For more

Little Flower Daycare
Full-time and part-time day care and pre-school activities are offered at Little Flower Daycare, which is located at 120 South 34th Street. Preschool is offered to all children age 2-5 years old. Children must be 2 years old and potty trained to attend Little Flower Daycare, and are welcome through 12 years of age. Saint Francis West Daycare

SF West is located at 2821 Augusta Lane. The pre-school program offered by the Billings Catholic Schools is intended for 3- and 4-year olds, as well as 5-year olds who are not yet ready for Kindergarten. The child's age on September 10 is considered when enrolling them for a program. The 3-year old program is 2 mornings per week. The 4-year old program is 3 mornings or afternoons per week, or 2 afternoons per week. Childcare is available while children are not in preschool. William R. Lowe Child Care and Enrichment Center

Our William R. Lowe Child Care and Enrichment Center is operated on the campus of Montana State University – Billings, located at 2630 Normal Avenue. Priority is given to children of students currently attending MSU-B. Care is provided for children ages 0-12 years on a full-time or part-time basis. Daily preschool is provided.
