The mission of Billings Catholic Schools is to provide an exceptional Catholic education founded on faith, family spirit and academic excellence. Billings Catholic Schools K-12 students receive over $1.5 million in financial assistance annually through the support of our local Catholic Parishes, Billings Catholic Schools, the Billings Catholic Schools Foundation, ACE Scholarships, and local community partners.

Non-refundable Commitment Deposit of $200 required to reserve a space for each student. Commitment Deposit is credited to tuition.

Billings Catholic Schools (BCS) is committed to providing an exceptional Catholic education to all interested families, and our scholarship and financial grant program is designed to promote this goal. BCS pledges to ensure that all families are awarded assistance based on the same guidelines, and the needs of each family evaluated. Scholarships and grants are provided by our local Catholic parishes, the BCS Foundation, Billings Catholic Schools, and other third-party supporters with the end goal of making Catholic school accessible to all families. Each family’s circumstances are unique, and the most helpful guideline in deciding whether to apply comes from your own knowledge of your family’s finances.

The financial assistance application process is open to any family that wishes to apply and is not income restricted.

Affiliated Local Catholic Parish Tuition

Affiliated Parish Tuition rates are for families affiliated with a local Billings Catholic Parish, including St. Patrick, St. Bernard, St. Pius, St. Thomas, or Mary Queen of Peace. The Parish provides a portion of the cost to educate in the amount of $1,200/student for K-8 students and $1,400/student for 9-12 students to reduce the tuition responsibility for affiliated families. To qualify for the Affiliated Parish tuition rate, families must be registered members in good standing at one of the parishes listed above. To be considered for the affiliated parish tuition rate, please complete the Catholic Grant Application form in the Enrollment Checklist by February 28, 2026.

BCS Financial Grants

Billings Catholic Schools Financial Grants (BCS Grants) are granted based on applicants’ need, total available funds, and the number of applicants. Both new and returning families must apply for any given year. Priority is given to existing families already receiving need-based financial assistance, and to returning families newly applying for assistance. Financial aid funds are limited. ACE Scholarship

The ACE Scholarship Foundation provides scholarships for families with incomes that fall within the qualifying guidelines (below) that follow the student for the entire time they are enrolled at a K-12 school. These income guidelines change each year so please review them to determine if you qualify.

BCS Foundation Scholarships
