iPad Reset Information


If you are having problems connecting your student to your home Wi-Fi try the following steps:
1. Reboot the iPad. Hold the single button on the side until screen shows “Slide to Power Off” and slide
2. Once the screen has been blank for a minute hold the same button down and power the iPad on
3. Now Click Settings icon
4. Click “Wi-Fi” and select your home wi-fi network and connect
If that does not work please do the following:
1. Click the “Settings” icon
2. Click “General”
3. Scroll down and select “Reset”
4. Select “Reset Network Settings”
5. When the popup window appears click “Reset”
6. The unit will now reboot
7. Then repeat steps 1-4 above
If that still does not work, please contact your school principal.
