A student’s tuition contract will be available within two weeks of all necessary documentation being submitted. Necessary documentation includes:
- Signed BCS Commitment Agreement along with $200 Commitment Deposit
- Signed Catholic Grant Application if applicable
- FACTS Grant and Aid Application and all required documentation if applicable
Families applying for a BCS Financial Grant are encouraged to complete the above by Friday, February 28, the ‘Priority Scholarship Deadline’. Those who meet this deadline are also eligible to apply for BCS Foundation Scholarships and can submit that application anytime between January 28 and February 28, 2026. To facilitate these changes, BCS will be accepting the prior year’s tax documentation in FACTS to determine BCS Financial Grant awards.
