List all colleges and universities to which you were admitted, including those you do not plan to attend. If a scholarship was offered for any of these schools, please include the name of the scholarship and the dollar amount. For instance, UM - University Scholarship, $4000; MSU - Regent Scholarship, $500. If the scholarship is an annual scholarship for four years, please list the TOTAL amount of the scholarship, for instance, $25,000 per year would be $100,000.

This can be as general or as specific as you want it to be, for example - I plan to graduate in biology at Montana State University-Bozeman, attend med school at Washington University, become an orthopedic surgeon and live in Seattle, or - I am hoping to go into the field of medicine.
